Domain Scores - Severes and Highs - Automatic CHC ?

Sat 20 Mar 2010 - 17:33 by greenflamingo

Meeting again with PCT on Monday re. getting a second PCT to review FIL's request for CHC. I did read somewhere that if you had 2 Severes in the Domains this meant automatic entitlement to CHC ? Or can you have a certain number of Highs instead or a mixture of Highs, Severes and Moderates? Is there any definitive no. of Severes/Highs/Moderates that would get us this ?

How to get court order for documents

Sat 30 Jan 2010 - 19:58 by MikeJ

Hi, I am fighting (with my wife) for funding for my mother-in-law and have been doing so for a number of years. I don't want to go into too much detail as at the moment we are in the appeal procedure and not paying any fees and I won't want to attract the attention of the PCT as this has been going on for several years with us dodging their attempts to force us into payment.

We do hav...

disciplinary process for care workers

Fri 19 Mar 2010 - 19:40 by MikeJ

Could anyone please tell me which disciplinary body deals with care home staff complaints rather than complaints against the actual home? I thought it was the nursing and midwifery council NMC but it seems that may only be for nurses.
Mike
